EXO Stainless is the most durable exhaust in our lineup. Constructed of high-strength 304 stainless steel from front to back, EXO Stainless is sure to withstand even the most brutal of riding conditions and use. We took the original EXO Series and swapped out the aluminum muffler for a stainless muffler, replaced the aluminum base plate with a TIG-welded stainless steel plate and added a trick looking stamped stainless badge to top it off.

Sportsman XP Exhaust Springs

This quantity of 4 exhaust spring is used on most 2000 and newer Polaris ATV’s and UTV’s but can be used on pretty much any Polaris. This spring measures approximately 2″ long from end to end and has offset hooks. Olive drab zinc plated finish for corrosion resistance. Exact replacement to Polaris part number 7041804. Made in the USA!

This exhaust gasket from Quad Logic is manufactured from a thick stainless steel mesh wrapped in an outer layer of graphite. It is designed to perform even better than the stock Polaris gasket. This gasket is located between the main pipe and the muffler.

his exhaust gasket from Quad Logic is manufactured from a thick stainless steel mesh wrapped in an outer layer of graphite. It is designed to perform even better than the stock Polaris gasket. This gasket is located between the main exhaust pipe and the muffler. Size is approximately 2″ ID by 2.5″ OD. Sold each. Replaces Polaris 3610204 and 3610114. Fits the following models and more:
