Sportsman XP Fuel Sending Rebuild Kit & Regulator

Having running or fuel issues with your EFI Polaris? This kit includes everything to rebuild your fuel sending unit. OEM quality replacement fuel pump, a new fine micron strainer, 43 psi fuel pressure regulator, a new fuel line with clamps, and lastly a new sending unit gasket. This is a great kit to get your fuel system working properly again! Don’t waste money on the whole sending unit from Polaris, rebuild it yourself and save! This direct replacement kit installs in the stock location and keeps your fuel pressure at a constant 42-44 PSI. Works will all fuels. Fits on fuel pump assembly part numbers 2204401, 2204402, 2204502, and 2204403. Fits the following models:

Sportsman XP Fuel Pump Filter Strainer

Brand new fuel pump strainer for many 2013 and newer Sportsman and Scrambler EFI’s. Polaris will not sell you this part separately, you need to purchase the whole pump assembly! We have your back but please compare to your original strainer before ordering as Polaris has used a couple different strainers over the years. This strainer installs over a small pickup on the fuel pump and is held in place by a press fit retainer. Strainer size is approximately 4.5″(including the mounting neck) x 2.3″. Features an internal skeleton to hold its shape. Includes a new mounting retainer. Installs in the stock location and will maintain the proper operation and life of your fuel pump. Shown to fit the following applications:

Brand new fuel pump for many 2013 and new Polaris ATV’s and UTV’s. Polaris will not sell you the pump separately, you need to purchase the whole pump assembly! If you are having poor idling, sputtering, cutting out at high speeds or other running issues, this could be your fix. This automotive quality fuel pump is an exact replacement. Installs in the stock location and will maintain the proper operation and life of your fuel system. Should fit the 2013-17 Sportsman and Scrambler models listed but compare the pictures to your original parts as Polaris does not provide part numbers to cross reference. Includes the pump and new strainer. Shown to fit the following models and more:

Sportsman Fuel Pump Pigtail Harness

Fuel pump not working? Check the wires and plug going to the pump. Many times you will find a broke or corroded wire that prevents power going to the pump. These wires can vibrate over time and break the wires either internally or externally and can be hard to diagnose. Fix it now with our own version of the Polaris harness repair kit for most 2011 and newer Polaris EFI models. Replaces Polaris part number 2878510.
Simply cut off the old plugs and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the fuel pump and has 9″ long wire leads. The last photo is for reference only, please ensure your fuel pump plug looks the same before ordering. Fits the following models and more
