The principal of how foam air filters work is simple: “Open Cell” polyurethane foam is wetted with specially developed filter oil.
The “sticky” filter oil is suspended in the path of the dirty air on the strands of the web-like cell structure of the foam.
This makes it impossible for the dirt to pass through the strands.
As the outer strands become loaded with dirt particles, the wetted strands down stream start trapping dirt, allowing the entire thickness to be utilized.
This prevents surface loading or air restriction for 80% of the surface life of the air filter element.
When the filter is sufficiently dirty it can be easily washed, re-oiled and re-used.

his kit includes most of the critical components to rebuild your front differential. The original roll cages are notorious for cracking and breaking, replace it with this updated severe duty ALUMINUM version. Our cage will withstand whatever you can throw at it! We offer a full one year warranty against breakage of this cage. We even threw in all 24 new spring clips! Next we include a set of 24 hardened steel rollers that are precision ground to have a perfect rolling surface. Our new 6 tab armature plate assures a positive engagement and disengagement of the four wheel drive. Lastly, a full bearing and seal kit allows you to swap out those rough or grinding bearings and prevent any oil leaks with all new seals. The cover o-rings are not included as these can normally be re-used. Replaces Polaris part numbers: 3235625, 3235485, 3235486. Fits the following ATV models:
