2014 Sportsman 570 Battery Relocation Kit

The OEM battery location down on the lower frame on the Sportsman 450/570 is horrible. Not only is it very hard to reach for charging or maintenance but it is totally vulnerable to being swamped in water and mud. It’s also very close to the prop shaft which could damage it. It’s almost like Polaris forgot about the battery when designing this chassis and then found the only place they could put it.

Leave it up to us to solve another Polaris blunder! This nice battery relocation kit puts the battery above the rear left tire like most Sportsman’s have traditionally had it. It is much more protected and way easier to access! We made a heavy duty steel battery box that mounts to the frame and sway bar tube. You then re-use your original battery shroud, cover and strap to mount the battery. To get power back there we include a nice terminal block and new heavy gauge battery cables to run power from the original location to the new battery location. All hardware and mounting instructions are included. You will be very glad you did this kit, it makes battery maintenance way easier!

The 2014 Sportsman 570 did not come with a battery shield from the factory. This 2014 specific kit includes the OEM Polaris battery shield and battery tie down straps. This kit also works with all the other 570 models but includes the replacement shield and battery tie down strap. This kit includes Polaris part numbers 5259571, 5412499, 7010032.

This battery relocation kit will fit all standard and touring Sportsman 450 and 570’s from 2014-20. Does not fit the X2 models because of the bed.

NOTE: This kit does NOT include a new battery, it just relocates your original battery.

The battery location on your Sportsman 450 and 570 from the factory is less than ideal for many reasons. Our engineers here at Quad Logic have experienced the same issues and created the perfect solution. And then we made it even better with this new larger battery version.

You now have the option to use a smaller standard battery or a larger battery with virtually no changes needed.
• When a large battery is used, all items in this kit are what you’ll need.
• When a smaller standard battery is used, you will use all the items in this kit in addition to your existing battery shroud.

Minimum Battery Dimensions: 5.25”w x 3”d x 5”h
Maximum Battery Dimensions: 7”w x 3.25”d x 7”h

Our battery relocate kit:

Sportsman 570 Front Differential Rebuild Kit with ALUMINUM Sprague

his kit includes most of the critical components to rebuild your front differential. The original roll cages are notorious for cracking and breaking, replace it with this updated severe duty ALUMINUM version. Our cage will withstand whatever you can throw at it! We offer a full one year warranty against breakage of this cage. We even threw in all 24 new spring clips! Next we include a set of 24 hardened steel rollers that are precision ground to have a perfect rolling surface. Our new 6 tab armature plate assures a positive engagement and disengagement of the four wheel drive. Lastly, a full bearing and seal kit allows you to swap out those rough or grinding bearings and prevent any oil leaks with all new seals. The cover o-rings are not included as these can normally be re-used. Replaces Polaris part numbers: 3235625, 3235485, 3235486. Fits the following ATV models:

Sportsman XP Exhaust Springs

This quantity of 4 exhaust spring is used on most 2000 and newer Polaris ATV’s and UTV’s but can be used on pretty much any Polaris. This spring measures approximately 2″ long from end to end and has offset hooks. Olive drab zinc plated finish for corrosion resistance. Exact replacement to Polaris part number 7041804. Made in the USA!

Sportsman XP Exhaust Gasket Donut Seal

This exhaust gasket from Quad Logic is manufactured from a thick stainless steel mesh wrapped in an outer layer of graphite. It is designed to perform even better than the stock Polaris gasket. This gasket is located between the main pipe and the muffler.

Sportsman XP Fuel Pump Filter Strainer

Brand new fuel pump strainer for many 2013 and newer Sportsman and Scrambler EFI’s. Polaris will not sell you this part separately, you need to purchase the whole pump assembly! We have your back but please compare to your original strainer before ordering as Polaris has used a couple different strainers over the years. This strainer installs over a small pickup on the fuel pump and is held in place by a press fit retainer. Strainer size is approximately 4.5″(including the mounting neck) x 2.3″. Features an internal skeleton to hold its shape. Includes a new mounting retainer. Installs in the stock location and will maintain the proper operation and life of your fuel pump. Shown to fit the following applications:

Sportsman XP Pre-Filter

Replace that clogged or torn pre-filter. This can rob a ton of power from your machine and allow dirt and impurities into the engine. This new 100% nylon pre-filter has elastic sewn ends to slide over the air filter and fit tight. The nylon material is breathable yet water resistant. Replaces Polaris part number 5811633. DOES NOT include the air filter, only the nylon Pre-Filter! Fits the following models and more:

Sportsman Fuel Pump Pigtail Harness

Fuel pump not working? Check the wires and plug going to the pump. Many times you will find a broke or corroded wire that prevents power going to the pump. These wires can vibrate over time and break the wires either internally or externally and can be hard to diagnose. Fix it now with our own version of the Polaris harness repair kit for most 2011 and newer Polaris EFI models. Replaces Polaris part number 2878510.
Simply cut off the old plugs and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the fuel pump and has 9″ long wire leads. The last photo is for reference only, please ensure your fuel pump plug looks the same before ordering. Fits the following models and more
